I. Introduction

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to contracts of sale between

II. Ordering Procedure

Orders are placed as follows:

1. Find the product you require

2. Add the relevant product to your “Cart”

3. Click on “Proceed to Checkout”

4. Provide your address and payment information to the payment services provider

5. Check the information you have provided

6. Click on “Place Order”

A contract is concluded as soon as you have approved the payment in relation to the payment services provider.

We do not store contractual texts or any version of these Terms in relation to your order. The present Terms may be adjusted from time to time. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the version to which you have agreed will be available here. We therefore recommend that you download, print and keep a copy of these Terms in your files.

Contracts may be brought about in the German or English language.

Before placing your order, you may correct any errors on a summary page.

 

We reserve the right to refuse orders for certain reasons or to withdraw from or terminate contracts. Such reasons can be:

1. the payment information is incorrect or unverifiable,

2. the payment services provider does not execute the payment,

3. we are unable to deliver to the address indicated.

 

III. Prices and Payment

Prices of the goods are indicated on the website. Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. Shipment costs are also charged and depend on the country and the amount of the order. Shipment costs are set out in detail under the link “Payment and Shipping”.

 

IV. Delivery

Delivery periods are indicated on the page “Payment and Shipping”. We do not deliver on public holidays.

 

V. Withdrawal and Return

VI. Statutory Consumer Rights

Statutory rights accruing to you, which cannot be excluded or restricted, shall not be affected by these Terms.

 

VII. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, to the exclusion of laws on the international sale of movable goods. This choice of law applies to consumers only insofar as the consumer is not deprived of rights accruing to him/her under the law of the country of his/her habitual abode. The venue in case of disputes is the registered office of the vendor.
